MEET OUR TRAINERS
We are a boxing fitness gym based in Kyalami, Midrand. We offer group classes and private 1 on 1 sessions. Our classes are available at 5, 6, 7, 8am and 4, 5, 6pm. 1 on 1 sessions can be scheduled anytime between 6am to 7pm. Join us for a high-energy, full-body workout that will help you build strength, endurance, and boxing skills.
